The American Council for Kosova Independence is a U.S. nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting a better American understanding of the Albanian province of Kosova and of the future American policy for the Kosova's future.
The Council's mission is to make accurate information and analysis about Kosova available to officials of the Executive and Legislative branches of the U.S. Government: to think tanks, media, NGOs, religious and advocacy organizations: and to the general public. In particular, the Council’s educational activities will generate a heightened American awareness that an "NO INDEPENDENCE OF Kosova – FORCIBLY AND ILLEGALLY TO RETURN UNDER CRIMINAL STATE OF SERBIA", as is now being contemplated by the Russian and China – would be harmful to U.S. national interests and to European and global security.
- The Council for Kosova Independence provides timely information and analysis of Albanian issues to policy and opinion makers in Washington.
- The Council for Kosova Independence regularly issues position papers and press releases on Balkan issues.
- The Council for Kosova Independence members also provide expert testimony at hearings before the United States Congress and commentary for leading television news programs and at academic forums.
